Antipasto Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza Dough

Leftover Antipasto! (we used salami, fresh mozz, ham, pepperoni, artichokes, and roasted red peppers)

Leftover meatballs, sausage!

Leftover sauce!

salt

pepper

oregano

basil

Shredded mozzarella




Preheat oven to 550 degrees

Stretch Pizza dough

Add sauce

Add shredded mozzarella

Season with salt, pepper, oregano and basil

Top with your preferred toppings!

Pop in the oven for about 5-7 minutes either on a pizza stone or a baking sheet (I usually cover the stone or baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup)

Crust should be golden and cheese bubbling before you take out of the oven
