Bagel - hold the lox

Ingredients*

Bagel

capers

red onion

tomato

cream cheese

salt

pepper


Toast bagel.

Slice onions and tomatoes.

Assemble: cream cheese, tomatoes, onion, capers. Season with salt and pepper!


*this is a great way to use random veggies in your fridge for breakfast. I like this combo - but try it with any veggies you like - I bet it will all be delish!
