Basil & Lime Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

Corn on the Cob

Fresh Basil

Limes (2)

salt

pepper

butter


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


Shuck corn on the cob.

Rub butter all over the corn. Season with salt and pepper.


Put corn in oven and cook for 20 minutes.


Finely chop fresh basil.

While corn is cooking, in a mixing or measuring cup, squeeze two limes, season with salt and pepper, and add the basil. Mix all together.


When corn is done in the oven, pour lime mixture over the corn.


Serve and enjoy!
