Homemade Basil Pesto


(10 minutes)

Fresh Basil (2 cups)

Grated Pecorino Cheese (1/2 cup)

salt

pepper

Pine Nuts (2 tbsp.)

Olive Oil (3/4 cup)

Garlic (2 cloves)


Put everything in a blender, season with salt and pepper, and puree!


Serve over pasta and enjoy!
