Ingredients
Avocado
Egg
butter
salt
pepper
garlic powder
sour dough bread (or any toast!)
Open avocado - take out pit and deskin. Mix and mash in bowl with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Toast bread.
Butter pan. Crack egg, let cook until white, then flip. Layer it all together and top with salt and pepper!
