Ingredients
GrillMates peppercorn & garlic seasoning (1)
Pork chops (5) (thin cut pork chops)
oil
asparagus*
rice pilaf*
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Pour seasoning into a mixing bowl. Add enough oil to make it into a paste.
Spread the paste all over each pork chop and put on a baking sheet.*
Put baking sheet in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes depending on thickness of cut.
*I usually put this with asparagus and rice pilaf
*asparagus - break off ends, put on a baking pan, season oil, salt and pepper, bake for 10 minutes in same oven as pork chops
