Sheet Pan Fajitas

(25 minutes)

Ingredients

Chicken (1 lb)

Bell Peppers (4)

yellow onions (2)

Fajita mix (1 pkg)

shredded cheddar

fajitas

salt

pepper

garlic powder

cumin

paprika

chili powder

olive oil

lime


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


Slice chicken into small strips.


Slice peppers and onions into small strips.


On a sheet pan, add the chicken and toss with olive oil and the package of fajita mix. Put the chicken in the oven and let them cook for 15 minutes.


On a separate sheet pan, add the bell peppers and onions with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. In the same oven as the chicken, let these cook for 5-7 minutes.


Add chicken and vegetables into warmed fajitas, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and garnish with limes.


Serve and enjoy!
