Tomato
Pre-sliced fresh mozzarella
basil
salt
pepper
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
Slice the tomatoes
Alternate on plate tomato/mozz around
Alternate basil leaves to liking
Season with salt, pepper, oil and balasamic vinegar to your liking
